Set up international shipping- having problems?

I currently have a store online that does accept UPS international shipping including CANADA. However every time i get an order in the shipping comes in as $0. How can i get this to work and is there a way to offer USPS shipping that auto calculates for international shipping as well?

Go into your store manager and click on Shipping Manager. When you're in there, setup shipping tables as it relates to Canada. You can setup pricing based on weight, price, etc. The shipping tables integrate directly with UPS. In regards to USPS integration, that is not currently available through the Yahoo! Store.
