Seth Baczynski vs Matt Brown – MMA Preview: UFC 139
Seth Baczynski will square off against Matt Brown in their Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) 139 event on Saturday, November 19, 2011. The two fighters have shown great amount of aggression in their matches and would be brining the same offensive nature in their match this Saturday.
Their match at the UFC 139 event will be nothing short of an epic encounter. The two fighters, known for their rage and knockout punches, would try to end the fight within minutes. But they would have to look out for each other’s powerful moves that can take them off guard. Both players, at 30-years old, have proved their worth as fighters capable of bringing their best game in the UFC ring. They have punished their opponents with their devastating blows to the abdomen and head.
Seth Baczynski, nicknamed Polish Pistola, has won fourteen fights, lost six and none were drawn. On the other hand, Matt Brown, known as The Immortal in the mixed martial arts (MMA) division, has also won fourteen fights but lost ten with none ending in a draw.
Baczynski can become a vulnerable opponent against Brown. The 30-year old Brown won his last fight at the UFC live event in June 2011 against John Howard. He can use his arm bar against the Polish Pistola the moment he takes him down.
On the other hand, Baczynski won his last fight at the UFC Fight Night 25 against Clay Harvison in September 2011. What Baczynski would have to watch out for is Brown’s submission manoeuvres. He can use his rear naked choke on Baczynski if the Polish Pistola gives any room to Brown.
Brown can also use his attacks and strikes to get an advantage but Baczynski should be able to counter them only if he is fast enough to use his grappling attack on Brown. Both fighters, weighing at 170 lbs (pounds), would be equally aggressive with their tenacious nature.
Any fighter, who is successful in taking down his opponent first, would gain the advantage in the fight. If Brown has to be watchful for Baczynski’s rear choke hold, then Baczynski too has to make sure he does not get trapped in Brown’s guillotine choke or the armbar.  Their fight could be a bloody encounter, as both fighters can show their raw nature for a win.
