Setting Day/date on Helbros wrist watch

Question

My Mom gave me my Dad's wrist watch when he passed away in 1995. For the past 13 years I have kept it in the top drawer of my nightstand. Today I took it out and wind it to see if it would still keep time, and by golly the second hand started moving. I am going to put a new band on it and begin wearing it. Mom keeps asking me why I haven't worn it and I always say because it was Daddy's. Now I want to wear it but I don't have any instructions for setting the DAY and DATE. It is the Helbros Invincible day/date model
Can any one help me with this?
