Setting Reply-To as "Sender Only" doesn't work in emails?

I see how to change our Group's default reply-to address.

Management --> Messages --> Posting & Archives --> select Sender under Reply To. When I make this change, replying to a message via the Yahoo Groups web site works correctly (the reply goes only to the sender). But when we receive the email in our email programs, doing a Reply-to on that email still defaults to the group's email address rather than just the sender.

What do I need to do so that members of the group will reply to just the sender (by default) rather than to the whole group?

  1. There could be a glitch going on so I would recommend getting in touch with a Yahoo Groups customer service representative to see what they think could be going on.
