Setting new time on Hudson wristwatch

Recently bought a plain Hudson wristwatch, then unfortunately lost the little manual that came with it. Now would like to change from EST to DST (move one hour back), taking too much time and can't seem to do it by trial-and-error. Can anyone help! Thanks in advance.
