Setting time after power been uplugged for 1 hr. i am having trouble setting the time on this

i am having trouble setting the time on this radio clock after it is has been left unplugged for 1 hr. every time i plug it in it reads 12:00 and it freezes. you may email me at zkhan@credential.com
