Setting time controls in yahoo! chess?

Question

I'm a noob to online chess, I have signed up and found the chess interface, but I can't figure out how to set my time controls. For example, the length of the game and any lag ( if applicable )

First, click the button where it says to begin the game.

You see all the options of chess.

Change Time Limit (whatever it is, I don't usually play chess).
