Setting up ISP in Spokane, WA. How can I cofirm which Telephone Prefixes are LOCAL?

Where can I get a list of telephone prefixes which are local to Spokane Washington, to make sure they are not long-distance access numbers? The area code is (509). South Hill of Spokane. I checked the phone book but did not see listing which specified which three digit prefixes were local to this area. There must be a place I can confirm online that will tell me which prefixes are local to this geographical area. Thank you. Can you help me find it?

Also I believe Spokane is not long distance from Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Millwood, Greenacres, Otis Orchards, Colbert, Deer Park, Airway Heights, Cheney, Medical Lake, and maybe a few others.  Those are just the ones I know for sure.
