Setting up a Cafepress shirt like this:?

Does anyone know how to set up a cafepress that is like this: http://www.cafepress.com/mycoolgear

Like how towards the bottom it has pics that represent each section and you just need to click on it and it automatically brings you to the section.

I have a premium account, i just cant figure out how to customize it like it is on that site. Help me please! Thanks.=)

Well im not quite sure how to do that, but if you have photoshop just upload the picture and fix it up a little bit. Then if you add it to cafepress it should be ready to go.
