Setting up a business in the netherlands?

ok i have been asked by my boss to look into what is involved in setting up a office in the netherlands - what is required? find out where a Dutch business contact is? i went to smarttraveller.gov.au and got the location of the Australian embassy in netherlands but i need more infor - any good sites ect that can help?

Contact the foreign commercial section of the Australian Embassy in the Netherlands - they can provide contact information for you to navigate through the local requirements.  Also try contacting the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency.  See their site below:
