Setting up a promotions agency?

Hi,

I currently have my own dance agency and am looking to also develop a promotions side to promote a client's brand and aide their marketing campaign. How do i go about gettin clients or knowing which brands are looking into doing a marketing campaign in the near future? Surely Stuckforstaff.com isnt the only way!

We are based in the Uk too.

If you have a Chamber of Commerce or a Small Business Administration in the UK and at least get yourself listed and at the same time to be able to network and to see what the competition is out there. You may also need to consult with a company that does market research to help you with this particular task.

Get Video!!!  Use video as a tool.  I appreciate you are asking something slightly different - although I cannot enforce strongly enough that video is the way we are moving and it will provide a real point of difference in your marketing having and utilising it.  You would be in the early adopter phase to take it to visionary, entrepreneurial and imaginative clients - or maybe that is you!
