Setting up a special phone book for my friend while she goes to college... (grand junction, CO.)?

I want to make a phone book for my friend before she goes to college. she'll be going to mesa state college in grand junction, colorado. Of course, it will have friends and family's phone numbers, but i was wondering if maybe someone from junction might have ideas of other phone numbers to have...i don't live there, so i don't know where to start. maybe places to eat out, rec centers, etc....
