Settings for conversion of .avi file to VCD format in Xilisoft?

Question

Shud i choose video size as 352x240 to play it in television?

or shud i choose 352x288( cif)/704x576 4cif/640x480/480x272?

I want to see it maximized as normal TV programs ..what shud i choose?

Also,what shud be the ideal video bitrate,frame rate for playing in TV?

Audio codec shud be mp2?

And Audio bitrate?

And I stay in India...so what should be the standard-NTSC or PAL or Auto?
