Settle For Selfish Roomate?

My Sister and i are entering our 2nd year of college. Campus housing was full and we are lookin for an apartment. We found an apartment right across the street from campus housing (where WE use to live). But a nice family from the church offered us a duplex on the other side of town. She wants to take the duplex because it's close to the church and her new Job. I wanted the Apartment because it's close to the school and we both could know how to get to our jobs from there because we use to live across the street.. Should i settle for the duplex far from work and school to give in and compromise with my selfish sister. Or Should we Move To the apartment close to the school??

You two should sit and talk and weigh out your options.  This is just my opinion.  What sense does it ever make to move further away from work and school, knowing you two will be very busy, tired, you'll want to get home and relax as soon as possible after a long day.  Now, that's more convenient.  If you can be on your own, try that.
