Setup code for one for all urc 4220

Question

can not setup remote for emerson lc200em8g.I have tried directv rc32 and one for all and others and have not been able to get any to work with emerson lc200em8g.with the one for all it will work with directv and dvd and dvd/vhs units.I have contacted emerson and all they gave me was a ticket number [389-0E961B1A-1D0F].There is no way to get info from them should I take back TV.
