Setup wireless connection in house?

im goin to try to update my wireless connection right now i only have a router and im going to buy the netgear WGT624 router. do i need anything else besides that router

No.If you have already an internet connection in your house, you just have to connect the wireless router from the internet source which is provided by your ISP.
