He was the kid who shot all those people in Virgina Tech. It's quite possible he was bullied to a breaking point. Are there any articals about him, not just the shootings, but his life and such? I need to do a report on it and need some research but Yahoo nor Google are working for me.

  1. He just hated rich kids

  2. He had a lot going on, but nothing was mentioned at the time about bullying.

I'm not a fan of Wikipedia for citations in research, but you might be able to use their citations as a way to find more information...  See below.

I also found some articles from the NY Times.

I haven't searched them specifically for bullying, but there are some references to early school life.

    Good luck.

  3. I read somewhere that he didn't speak english well and that hurt his self esteem.  He was asked to speak in front of a class and some students laughed when he spoke.

  4. I don't think he was bullied. It may have something to with his background and perhaps his family.

It's possible that he suffered some other type of mental disease. It would make sense for him to lash out had he been bullied... As for your report, you should probably look up the real cause, not just evidence that he was bullied. You don't really know if he was anyways.

Plus, if you ever read any of his letters or things that sent to the media, you could tell that he's obviously infuriated with the people at his school for social reasons. He hated them for having money, for "acting" smart etc.
