Seung-Mina. What Martial Art does she do?

In the Soul Calibur game series what is the name of the martial art that Seung-Mina does and what is her weapon called? Is the martial art she does actually real and can it be practiced in todays society?

The style is a form of Wushu.  What she does is typically done with a bo staff.

What the video game chick is using is called by many names depending on the shape but "halberd" is one of them.

She looks to be using a guandao (yan yue dao) and something derived from wushu, though I'm sure it's a stylized form for the game.
