Seven Year Olds?

Question

I Am 14 years old and i am doing a drama exam in two weeks

i am playing a 7 year old girl

She is Abused in An Orphanage So She is veryy SHY and TIMID

she clings to the 15 year old who she sees as a mother figure

1.how can i make myself look younger?

2. how can i show the close bond between the 7y.o and the 15y.o?

please help me

1) pat baby powder on your face, make it look as if you have big eyes, wear pink paints and have your hair messed up.

2) be hipper when shes around, be happy, act comfortable.

A high pony tail makes girls look younger. I would say baggy clothes that look unkempt, or pants that are a tad too short to go along with an orphanage setting. She needs to look like no one (adult) has taken care of her physical needs. No nail polish, make-up, jewelery ect. She has nothing that is hers. Start there.

constantly be twisting your hair, fingers in mouth pick your nose,puppy dog eyes,don't tie one shoe,pick your underwear out of your hiney,stare off into space.Don't fix hair,drink some red drink and have it all over your face,have toilet paper hanging off of shoes,

Keep a hold of the older girls cloths from behind.always smile when she is looking at you, mimic her playing with her hair or primping herself,reach for her every time she walks out of arms reach of you and pout.     good luck
