Seven year bad kharma cycle ?

does anyone have any good ideas how to end these cycles . i have been told that they repeat every seven years.

i believe when you do something bad it comes back to you and it hit's you where it hurts the most but i never heard about seven year cycle but i suggest you to do good deeds and be a better person

Yeah, the easiest way to end these cycles is to stop believing in such bunk.  7 year bad kharma cycle? You gotta be kidding me.  If you are going to believe in this kind of nonsense you deserve the bad kharma!

Who told you this?  How would that person know something like this?  What sort of evidence is this person using to draw this sort of conclusion?  If there were indeed 7 year karma cycles, don't you think we would all know about them?

Conclusion: You can't end something that never existed.
