Seventeen MAGAZINE Readers?!?

Ok Think back on a past issue when in the issue they were talking about hair growth and these products you can use that cost lots of money that make your hair grow so to say, which covergirl was on the magazine cover was it vanessa hudgens or rachel bilson or?? I can remember but I accidently threw it away and I was going to write one of the products down and buy it. Would appreciate all answers!
