Your belief is that the law is still used unto salvation correct? If this is correct then how do you explain the entire book of Galatians? Do you even use the new testament? If you do use the new testament, then do you claim that the book of Galatians is false?

  1. Hello people

Galatians is a interesting book. The word circumcision is repeated about 9 times, where the circumcision is part of the Ceremonial law and is not in the Law of God, Exodus 20.

When reading a book written by Paul people should remember that Paul knew the Old Testament very well and quotes the Old Testament a lot. Paul knew also the differences between the Law spoken by Jesus Christ in Exodus 20, and the law of Moses.

    Some interesting verses:

    2 Kings 21:8

Neither will I make the feet of Israel move any more out of the land which I gave their fathers; only if they will observe to do according to all that I have commanded them, and according to all the law that my servant Moses commanded them.

    2 Chronicles 33:8

Neither will I any more remove the foot of Israel from out of the land which I have appointed for your fathers; so that they will take heed to do all that I have commanded them, according to the whole law and the statutes and the ordinances by the hand of Moses.

The Law of God was so important that Jesus wrote it twice on the tablets of sapphire on both sides, Jesus didn’t even allow Moses to write His law on the next tablets after the first was broken.

According to what I have seen is that people doesn’t know the difference between the 2 different Laws. And they then confuse themselves with the Laws.

    A point to consider:

Jesus wrote the Law (Moral Law) in stone, if Jesus can change then the Law given by Jesus can also change, thus everything can change.

    Kind Regards

    Luke
