1. What are some exercises that I can do out of the pool to get better at swimming? I'm look for endurance training and muscle gain in my arms and legs for swimming. I want to shape up and better.

2. What are some good ways to lower my times in breaststroke and freestyle? I'm going into high school with a about a 32 in a 50yd freestyle. My breaststroke is lacking, recently.

3. Tips for backstroke and butterfly?

4. Where are some good places to get a new cheap practice suit and cap? Mine is getting stretched out and a bit transparent.

5. Silicone Cap vs. Latex Cap: Which is better?

6. Where can I get a Team USA cap?

    2. for 50 free reduce amound of breaths you take, work on ankle flexibility to improve kick and make sure your catch is as early in your stroke as possible as for the 50 breaststroke i go a 36 LCM  so i really dont have any tips for that other then really use the pull out and dolphgin kick off the start and turn

    3. to work on your fly id suggest trying the biondi drill to work on timing
    as for backstroke do the waterbottle drill to get your head position right
