Michael Uchebo’ agent, Tony Harris, has stressed that his client is tracked by several clubs in England, Russia, Ukraine and Turkey. The 22-year-old has an expiring contract at http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/VVV-Venlo-c40915 that runs until the summer of 2012, and has reportedly expressed his
desire to leave the Venlose Trots this summer.
The promising young attacker, who arrived at De Koel Stadion half-way through the 2009/10 season in the winter transfer market from Enugu http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rangers-c40314, has thus far donned the jersey of the Good Old in 58 Eredivisie games.
Although, the youngster failed to find the back of the net consistently, netting only eight goals, his movement and presence upfront played a vital role in his side’s relegation battle.
The Nigerian ace’s good performances have reportedly garnered him interest from a host of top flight clubs. His agent, Harris, has confirmed all the reports linking his client with several clubs in England, Turkey, Ukraine and Russia.
However, the youngster’s representative has made it clear that his client will not be able to move to England at the moment due to work permit issue.

from Turkey, Russia and the Ukraine, but for now Michael will prefer to remain in Western Europe”, Harris was quoted as saying to supersport.com.
Uchebo’s agent went on to insist that his client only wants to move away from De Koel Stadion for greener pastures.
“He is not driven by money, and to recall he also turned down a big move to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Russia-c2991 in January. He just wants to go to the next stage of his career”, Harris concluded.
The Nigerian international came close to joining the English Premier League outfit, Stoke City, earlier this year in the winter transfer market. However, the deal broke down due to the work permit issues.
