A few days back, Jean-Claude Dassier was removed from his post as the president of the Rhone giants. Vincent Labrune has now taken control of the club. The new supremo has now made his priority to rebalance the account books of Les Phoceens and is considering
letting go several players who are more of a liability to the club. Furthermore, it has been reported that the main reason for Jean-Claude Dassier’s termination was his failure to keep a check on the club’s financial health.
Labrune is now looking to change things at the club and according to local magazine, La Provence, the offloading progress is about to start. Former Manchester United, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Gabriel-Heinze-c14310, was earning 4.5 million Euros annually at Marseille and the Argentine international’s
