Austria's opinion on most topics is that of the EU. In the past decade Austria released a statement stressing nuetrality, but in recent years has strove to shy away from this policy.

Austria approves of every member in the EU, but in the past has had conflicts with the Czech Republic over the Temelin Nuclear power plant.

Although I am not 100% sure, most likely the top priority on Austria's agenda is being an active member of the EU. Austria takes an active role in the enviroment and immigration. If you need more information check cia world factbook, the austrian embassy, and the EU's website.
