I had a crown and filling done on my upper right teeth on 7-17. Since I've had serve nerve pain that is effecting both my upper and lower teeth on the side worked on. We thought we had a tooth pinpointed and did a root canal (another upper right tooth) and I still have no relief. I've been in for several adjustments to my bite, and this last time, while the bite feels better, now the pain is worse, especially in the lower teeth. I don't know what else to do at this point. All the teeth, upper/lower right side hurt. I'm seriously ready to get dentures!

  1. Go back to see your dentist, and figure out which tooth is bothering you.  Seems likely it is a lower tooth, but maybe pain is being referred from the top.  The dentist needs to tap on your teeth and test them with cold to identify the aching tooth.

  2. i think you should go find a better dentist!!

    hope you feel better soon!!

  3. you need to go to a different dentist i think...this shouldnt be happening it seems to me like your dentist didnt know what he/she was doing.

  4. The tooth that a crown was put on may be dead or dying.  Every time a Dentist works on your teeth, it causes trauma too them and gives them a high chance of dying.  If that is the case your choices are to either have the tooth removed or have a root canal.  First of all you should buy the book Root Canal Cover-up off of Amazon before making any big decisions.  It sounds like you are clenching your teeth and causing all of your teeth to hurt.  The tooth that has a root canal my be bothering you, if you read the book you will find out that root canal teeth are always chronically infected.  They have done biological testing to prove it.
