Ok, So on the left hand side of my mouth (The Top) In between my First Premolar (Bicuspid) and my Second Premolar(Bicuspid) Is a sever pain that shoots through both teeth and piercing pain up through my gums, sometimes causing a ringing in my ear and a headache, When anything hits it.. Hot food, Cold Food, Liquids, even air. I can't chew anything over there.

And, on the right hand side of my mouth The eighth tooth back from the center, The very last one (I think it's just a regular Molar) has been half covered by my gums as long as I could remember and never has had any pain. But recently on and off the gums around it have been swelling up and completely covering the tooth and causes a pain so bad that I cant chew over there either. The pain is now spreading to that inside of my cheek and when pushed from the outside of my cheek, hurts as well.

Oh, btw I do not have insurance so going to a Dentist is out of the question for me.

  1. If it turns out you do need antibiotics you can buy most over the internet from Canada. When I had strep throat I looked up dosage information and bought Penicillin. I  had them overnighted since I didn't have insurance at the time and saved major cash on not going to a doctor, but then again, I knew what I had.

Try rinsing with hydrogen peroxide, it worked on an oral infection for me.  Hope you feel better!

  2. The first tooth sounds like it has a cavity, severe pain is not a good sign, you should just pay to go see a dentist before it gets worse, you could end up with an abscess or needing a tooth extracted or some other horrible dental work.   The second gum issue sounds like pericoronitis, I've had this and it went away just with using mouthwash or warm salt water rinses but yours sounds worse than mine was, you'll maybe need antibiotics to shift it.  Good luck.

  3. Hi on the left hand side of your face the way your getting all that pain especially the ear ringing & headaches it sounds like theres a possibility that theres a nerve end thats exposed somewhere & its affecting the nerves in your face & head so thats why you have so much pain there ! on the right hand side of your mouth it certainly points to some form of gum disease what i would suggest is get a good mouthwash & rinse it round your mouth & also when youve got toothache what i would suggest there is put a bit of toothpaste on your finger & gently rub the toothpaste on the gum & tooth it may sting for a couple of secs but it does ease the pain a bit ! also take a good pain killer like ibuprofen or neurofen your find that will stop the pain for a while  & there the best for toothache also get a hot water bottle & gently place it on the side of your face !

what i would seriously advise is try to see an emergency dentist/ orthadentist at your local hospital before your teeth get any worst ! i do feel for you as i have recently  suffered  with toothache aswell but try what ive suggested & you might find it eases off a bit  good luck & hope ive been of some help
