Severe headache, migraine?

I suffer from a severe headache, I think it's migraine. I've now had a headache since Sunday, now it's Tuesday. I regularly take 3 different painkillers (4 times per day) plus muscle relaxants (3 times per day) since I suffer from chronic pain, my doctor prescribes those medications.

Is there a way to treat migraine naturally since the only migraine medicine available in Sweden can not be combined with my regular painkillers? I've noticed that if I take painkillers that contain a lot of caffeine the headache gets better for like 2 hrs, the it returns. The pain is screaming crazy pain. 10 on a scale from 0 to 10. I'm close to passing out and my vision is impaired. I know it's not tension head ache, since I sometimes get those and I can tell the difference. Pls help!

  1. My son had those headaches when he was young and the only thing that could be done was for him to lie down in a dark room with the shades down and absolutely no noise whatsoever . Taking headache pain reliever was useless . A lot of his headaches came from when he was anxious about something that was well beyond his control . He has now learned to control these emotions and is almost headache free for the 5 years . As I read your statement you are taking 3 different painkillers and may be they do have something to do with your present condition and causing you to have headaches .I would consult your Physician and see if he can send you to see a specialist ( Neurosurgeon  ) and have CT done and investigate as well if  these headaches are not hereditary . I hope you get well soon and find a cure for your problem . Good luck and have a great day .
