Severe headaches and neck pains?

Question

for the past week i've had constant headaches and a lot of pain in my upper left neck. anybody know why this is happening? it's not allergies i know that for sure

Are you on any Meds? you could be having a allergic reactions to the meds  if its to the point where you cant move your neck and at all and it feels stiff  and you feel sick it could be meningitis's which is caused for allergy's to Meds go see if a doctor. however, If not and it just feels sore it could be the way you slept on it it will go away.   Just feel it out and wait it out to see if symptoms get worst.
