Severe headaches and pain full joints?

yes i have had severe headaches and pain full joint pain i have arthritis but the pain and headaches have gotten so bad i take tylenol all the time and my doctor wont prescribe migraine medicine for me instead he put me on another blood pressure pill. its like he does not listen to me and i cant afford another doctor

I would recommend getting another opinion.  Due to your financial situation I would recommend checking to see if there's a Medical School close to you that might be able to help you figure out what is going on.
