yesterday the pain started, i got off my period a few days ago, and it was pretty light, no cramping.. so i'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with that. but yesterday when i woke up it just started hurting really bad, if i barely touch it, it hurts. i didn't do anything to put a strain on those muscles.?

  1. If it is on the right side and radiating to your left, you could have appendicitis. If it is in the middle as low as you can feel the abdomen, it could be female related problem like a cyst on the ovaries. Maybe the cramping is getting a late start also. If it continues, better see your Doctor and have things checked out. There are so many things it could be from gas to intestinal diverticulitis to a female problem, but the only thing that will really pin point it will be some testing. I wish for you the very best young lady and may that pain go away as fast as it came.

  2. It could be many things. It sounds very much like one of the things I have called endometriosis. It won't show up on an ultrasound unless you have a very large adhesion. You need to talk to your doctor/OBGYN  so that other tests can be run. Seeing a gastroenterologist may not be too bad either. I hope you feel better soon.
