Severe stomach ache?

my friend has a severe stomach pain like around the area under his belly button. he said its not his appendix, but i dont kno ..does any1 know what can be wrong?

There are several things that could be wrong, the main things I could guess might be to blame are: constipation, food poisoning, or perhaps they are sick, i would say take them to a doctor.
