Sevevere Heart Burn and notice pimple in chest area and elbow?

I had this type of acid reflux heart burn a while ago and then stopped but now it's coming back. Every so often i'm getting this sharp burn, tingly in chest area, i take deep breath and then slowly goes away.

I noticed a large, large pimple in chest area. I popped it and puss came out but it's still there now for about 4 days. I've also noticed a small pimple on the inside of the elbow area where they would put a needle in right over the vain it's located.

Any idea what this can be from, what causes,etc

Idk, but my heart gets sharp and my body gets tingly when the Wings are on a Power play.

My idea is go to a doctor, also next time try medical instead of hockey unless you have bruises from being hit by a puck.
