They're all the same, big cities with lots of bars and Discos and tourists.

You're way better off going to a smaller provincial city like Badajoz, Bilbao, Valencia or La Coruna.  you'll meet far more locals, have a better time and it is a lot more genuine

I just got back a vacation to Barcelona.  I love it there!!  It was so safe walking at night/early morning.  The clubs stay open til 5-7am.  I've heard that Madrid is more crazy - the clubs stay open later there and you stay out til 7-9am.  

I personally love Barcelona.  It is an amazing place.  That's my vote.  You will have fun wherever you go....Spain is just awesome!!!!

I'm from Madrid but I used to go to Barcelona on holidays. I've found both places amazing to have a good party. I've been in Sevilla a few times but I didn't have such a great time. Hope you have a fab time anyways!
