“Luis Alberto is Sevilla's because Barcelona have not exercised their option to purchase. Interest from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 is real but nothing is signed. The player has received an important offer, but at the moment he is a Sevilla player.
The first offer the club has is very good, but we are not satisfied yet,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
Verdejo added that Luis Alberto is certainly a better player from last year and is convinced of the player’s ability. He stressed that no decision has been made over the future of the player and that talks are ongoing.

offer,” he concluded.
Liverpool are reported to have made a £7 million offer for the player and there is a great chance an agreement will be reached in the next few days. The midfielder scored 11 times for Barcelona B last season and was a huge success.
