  1. There is often a threading instruction printed somewhere on the machine. If not, try looking on the internet (Google, for example) for "threading instructions" + "Genki GSM-7007". Or, you might just look up the name of your machine and see what that gets you. Last resort, if you have a friend who sews, ask him or her to help you thread your machine. Even if they have no experience with that machine, they can probably figure it out. All sewing machines are similar enough so that an experienced sewer can usually thread any machine.

  2. I don't know your specific machine, but these general instructions may help:

Place your spool of thread on the thread holder, with the thread coming off the back of the spool.

    (1) Pull the thread through the metal loop on top of machine

    (2) Pull it toward yourself and down through the left  slot, which will draw it through the tension controller

    (3) Pull it back up through the right slot to the arm at the top. Go across the back of this arm, left to right, and bring the thread back down...

    (4) ... through the little metal loop or spring on the front of the machine and on down

    (5) ... through the loop just above the needle, then through the needle.

Now pull a few inches of thread through the needle and hold that tail of thread with your left hand while you turn the sewing machine hand wheel (far right of machine) with your right hand so the arm in step (3) goes all the way down and back up.  This will pull your bobbin thread up.

And you are ready to sew.

  3. If the other answers do not help, take your machine to a local store that sells fabric.  Someone can most likely show you how to thread it.

  4. Does your machine have a booklet? That's where you would find a detailed diagram. If not...

Ignore the silver button on top for now. It's for winding bobbins.

Put the thread on the spool so it comes off from the back of the spool.

From there it's hard to guess because I would need to see the front of the machine. The thread goes through the little metal clip, down one of those slots and up the other, into an arm and through the tensioner (or vice versa) and then to the needle. Can you edit your question to post a picture of the front, or have you checked out any of these videos?
