***Sewing Ideas for a Beginner/ Intermediate***?

I'm a beginner/ intermediate sewer and really would like sew a bag or something, but I'm not sure what the best desing would be. Does anyone have a sewing idea? If you find one, please include a picture! :) Thanks!!!
