I want to make clothes with a certian picture that i have on the computer, how can i get that picture onto a item of clothing. Please Help!

  1. You can get your iron-on transfer paper at Michaels or Walmart. Here is a video link with instructions for you.

    Remember tou use 100% cotton and wash and dry it first.


  2. Buy iron-on t-shirt transfer sheets for your ink jet printer, print your design, reversed, onto the sheet, and iron it onto your clothing.

  3. You buy iron on t-shirt transfers. Be sure to follow the directions of the ones you buy, some have you reverse the image, and some do not. You also need to decide what color fabric you are printing onto, and then what type of 'effect' you want. Regular t-shirt transfers will work on light colored shirts, like white. If you use them on any other color than white, the white/light colored areas of the picture will be translucent on your fabric, and the fabric color will show through. (Good for ironing on words, but bad for ironing on faces!) If you have a dark colored t-shirt (for me, anything other than white), get the dark t-shirt transfers. Usually the regular ones have you reverse the image and the dark t-shirt transfers have you just print it out like normal.
