I can't believe the number of people on here with so many very simple problems with their sewing machines. Save yourself a lot of heartache and check your manual. That's the number 1 rule. If you can't find what you want there, ring the nearest dealer.

If you don't have a manual, ring the dealer and ask them to send you one. They don't cost much. If it really seems as if there is something wrong, take it to your dealer for attention. A lot of time a service will fix it up.
