Question:

Sewing on knits-Necchi 6030

I am having trouble finding the right tension for sewing on knits. I recently had machine cleaned and the tensions were supposed to be set. The bottom thread keeps bunching up or not sewing straight and is loose. I am about ready to take it back to the sewing place to ask them what to do. Any suggestions?
