Sews too fast

Question

My overlocker sews way too fast making it impossible to turn corners neatly. I read an article on line some time ago by a service agent who described the adjustment needed to the footswitch to slow it down but I am now unable to find the article again. It contained clear illustrations and appeared very simple. Does anyone have this information?thanks
