s*x Scenes...in movies?

Do male actors take medication or something so they don't get hard during a mainstream movie s*x scene (not porno).

Just wondering because that could be kind of awkward for the male actor

  1. Alot of the actors say they don't get aroused because it's the most un-s**y or romantic environment ever. Because there are like 6 cameras, 15 fat, sweaty guys wearing socks with sandals, lights shining on you, and the director shouting at you telling you exactly where to put your head or your hands, where to look, how to breathe, etc.

So I don't blame them for not getting aroused even if Angelina Jolie's b***s are in their face at the time.

There is a special pillow they use though, so they're not exactly bumping and grinding each other. they're using a pillow and alot of the times they have on nude underwear.

  2. Some actors have said they use an Ace Bandage to hold it down.  Some don't use anything and take the embarrassment.  Some do the same but do not become embarrassed.

Exact place I heard my actors speaking on this was the Howard Stern Show (greatest show on earth).  Artie Lange is one speaking about wearing the ace bandage in the TV show Rescue Me...

Also, the actors that say they do not get an erection are LIARS!!!

  3. I was listening to the Howard Stern Show the other day, and he asked an actor this very same question (I do not remember who).

The actor stated that they sometimes wear tight, flesh-colored garments in "sensitive regions" to 1) fool the audience into thinking the character is nude, and 2) to hold in/hold back what happens naturally during intimate moments. He also said this does not always work, and an erection is a constant danger when filming love scenes. When that happens, he says, you just have to continue with the scene and hope for the best.

    Great question, by the way!!

  4. I believe they tape it up to leg or something...I remember hearing/reading an interview with Scott Speedman after he made Underworld: Evolution.

  5. No. During s*x scenes, there are about 30 or 40 people around, camera people, sound people etc.

  6. wow. that's a good question.  Unfortunately, I don't know the answer.

  7. I find it ridiculous when people answer questions with "absolute" answers, implying for example that no non-p**n has ever had real s*x. Of course that is not true. Many "mainstream" movies have had HJs, BJs, intercourse, or more than one of the above:

    Shortbus

    Romance X

    Intimacy

    The Brown Bunny

and many others. The danger nowadays is that in the puritinical United States, this pretty much automatically leads to an NC-17 rating, which means it won't get widespread distribution.
