Question:

s*x after birth....please help?

My girlfriend is pregnant and we will have to wait 6 weeks to have s*x after she gives birth. Say we do it before the 6 weeks. Like 3 weeks or so. What can happen if we don't wait?

  2. she can get an infection she can get pregnant again. you need to be patient and just wait for the sake of your Girlfriend. I agree with answer #1, they say 6 weeks for a reason.  

  3. She could get pregnant again or get an infection. If you do it before the 6 weeks It might hurt. Just make sure you use a condom not only to prevent anotehr pregnancy but to keep her safe from infection

  4. we were told six weeks when there was stiches present and 3 weeks with a condom (infection could happen) when there was no stiches... BUT its not pleasent at all to start with...  shes going to be in some pain more than likley...

    if your needing it that bad have her give you a hummer...I would have for my hubby if he needed it.

Like some other people said you can hurt her unless he Doctor oks it first me and my boyfriend have not been aloud to have s*x since i was around 15 weeks and im now 38 weeks and we still have until i have the baby and the 6 weeks after that so i think you will be ok, not like you are going to have the time anyways in the first 6 weeks the baby will need you to 24/7

    2- pregnancy!! (the easiest time to become pregnant is right after having a baby

    remember s*x WILL not be enjoyable for her right away.. it will MOST likely hurt the first few times.. take it slow.

  7. she could get an infection in her uterus. her body is not properly healed at this time and it could hurt her. do other things and let her body relax. it does go by faster then you would think

  9. she isnt going to die, but she isnt completely healed down there yet, and wont be until about 6 weeks. s*x will probably be VERY uncomfortable for her. id say just wait it out.

  15. her uterus hasn't healed and closed up yet. So, you're introducing bacteria into which could cause infection. If she gets a fever go to the ER!
