s*x and gender inequality?

What do you think of these quotes ?

Encourage women to be ambitiuous and active but then creating blockages that make it difficult for them to perform effectively.

Treating women as objects, as s*x symbols or a status object

Where's the quotes?  Women are not "objects", society in general looks to certain women and men as s*x symbols--which really should mean "attractive".

As far as a status symbol, it only matters to those that think that way--keeping score.
