Slow down.  As Mtfradgal said, you need to start with seeing a gender therapist.  Once you have sorted out what is happening in your life and where you are going, then you can worry about other details.

If you are transsexual, the transition process takes many years and costs 10's of thousands of dollars, usually in excess of $50,000.
