s*x drive n hormones on contraception injection...please help?

I've been on the contraceptive injection for 11 weeks now (am due for my 2nd dose on on Tues), but my boyfriend and I have noticed that my s*x drive which is usually ridiculously high..well is less than non existant which frankly is c**p as I'm sure you can understand! :) Also, I've been feeling really depressed and awful about everything.

Has anyone had this whilst on it?

I have tried the pill, both combined and progesterone only, but I can't have oestrogen because of my migranes and the progesterone gave me really bad nausea, tenderness n spotting, also am bad at remembering to take it. But I think if I stayed on it the symptoms may have evened out, and I didn't feel down on it at all...

I feel I'm rambling so will rap this up now :)

Do you think I should carry on with the injection..see how it goes even thought I feel awful, depressed, n very frustrated! :( or try back on the progesterone...

Also implant and coil are not an option!

Please dont say to speak to doctor as am doing this on Tuesday, I jus wanted some personal opinions, esp if you've been on it before.

I have just started using it (2 weeks) and already my sexdrive has dropped significantly, and whats worse even when I do feel in the mood I am completly dry so it makes s*x very painful and sometimes impossible (the gate closes so to speak!!) does anyone else have this experiecne? I cant say it has effected my mood or weight yet, but the s*x drive is a big problem, if it doesnt change I wont be getting it again, infact Im pissed off I have to weight 10 weeks for this does to wear off, I hope my boyfriend is patient :(
