I know of no health concerns, aside from one could use too much bubble bath that could irritate delicate parts of the anatomy.  I say go for it.  It's fun.  But yes, it is noisy.  The bathtub is an amazing microphone that seems to amplify anything that you are doing in the tub.

Not bad for you. I just always found it to be painful. The shower is fun as well.

It's not at all bad for you! Regardless of what others say, it doesn't have to be noisy. It can be quite sensual w/ or w/o a partner!

If there is bacteria in the water, then yes, some can get into your v****a and cause problems. None too serious, though. Mostly urinary tract infections.
