  1. In the UK there is no such website or information accessible to the general public.

Us Brits do tend to over react in the extreme -  a while back, a s*x offenders address was leaked in the newspaper *but* he'd moved out, however that didn't stop the lynch mob viciously beating the poor innocent man who now lived there despite his cries of innocence.

Speak to the man - ask him to stop lifting your fence panel.  Speak to your parents, maybe they know him more than you.

One of my neighbours used to freak me out until I found out he was deaf and dumb and *that's* the reason he stared intently at me when I was speaking to him.

  2. You can go on line to find s*x offenders in your city, they all have to register and it is all public. You can even put in your zip code to see how many our in your neighborhood.

  3. you seriously need something better to do w/ ur time, maybe just ASK the guy next door, you know they ARE required to tell the neighbors if they are s*x offenders upon moving there, and by law, he cannot lie to you!!!

  4. If you are in the US you can use http://www.familywatchdog.us/ to check.  Since you used the word "mum" I tend to think you are either Australian or British though....so I don't know how it works in either of those places.

  5. Report his behaviour to the Constabulary. This behaviour, over a period of time, is a breach of the peace. You are entitled to live peacefully in your own home, Human Rights legislation also covers the right to family life, undisturbed by neighbours. If you live in the UK consider an ASBO.

  6. In most states they are only required to be on the website if they are a certain tier so even if you cant find him there that doesnt mean he isnt one. And walking into the police office and asking if your neighbor is a s*x offender isnt going to work either. if you are genuinly worried about the welfare of your child, his school should have a book of registered offenders living with in a certain mile radius of his school. But remember just because he is a s*x offender doesnt mean he is  a bad person persay. Of course if he molested someone or anything like that yes it is horrible, but in my state you can be a s*x offender for mooning someone or peeing in public, so check his crime before you do anything dirastic, and remember harrassing a s*x offender is a crime in itself.

    hope this helps

  7. there are websites that list s*x offenders, but u need to go to the poloce sweetie. don't put yourself and young child in danger. let someone know what is going on.

  8. there's actually a website for s*x offenders. They're required to list and remain there for a certain period of time. Try typing in his name online (if you know it).

  9. You can actually check on-line yourself. Most states have a registered s*x offender list on-line now complete with addresses and pictures.

  10. Not without probable cause. You can't just send the police over to the guys house based on a mere suspicion. What's your reason? what's your evidence? Those are some serious allegations you are making and I would suggest you simply check the registry for your area as opposed to singling out one guy.

Edit--Now that you've included that additional information. I would advise you to inform the authorities, make a report, that way they can BOLO (Be on the look out) for him. If this guy is up to no good a heads up with the police department would cause him to think twice.

  11. If you know his name, just go down the police station and say

"Is (next door neighbours name) on the s*x offenders list?"

    Might work.

  12. If you're in the US:

    http://www.familywatchdog.us/

Be warned, this isn't 100% - it could be a mistake, or he could have slept with a 17 yo when he was 18. So don't go lynch someone.

  13. Look up "s*x Offender" on google and click on Family WatchDog and you can see if there is an offender living by them.

  14. Yes I know where I live I just go to the sheriff's website and put in my address and all the little red dots are s*x offenders. You can click on them and it has their picture and what they have been convicted of.

  15. i don't know if you can , but there are lists, and i am sure if you call your local police they can direct you on how to find out, i know it is public info.

  16. Yeah, you should totally do that. I did that once with one of my neighbours. I used to stay up late (I smoked a lot of really good meth) and hear weird noises from his house like I think he was rubbing one out to weird p**n or some S**t like that man.

Truth is, nobody wants to have s*x with your kids, OK? Get over yourself.

  17. Try this site: http://www.familywatchdog.us/

In the meanwhile, talk to your child about strangers and "bad touching" verses "good touching." Let him know that he can always come to you for anything and that he should never be afraid to tell you anything.

  18. The best people to speak to are the police, if it is allowed they will give you the information you need, they are the best to speak to.

  19. no but you can search up on any search engine for registered s*x offenders.

just type in the state/city you live in and registered s*x offenders into the search bar and you should find what your looking for.

and if he doesnt show up but you have some major concerns, then i would maybe then call the police and let them know you have some concerns about him.

  20. you can go to these websites and type in your Adress in and see if there are any s*x offenders in your  area.

    mapsexoffender.com

    familywatchdog.us

  21. Just do a search for "s*x offenders your-state-name", and you should find if there is a list in your state.  Many have the ability to plug in a zip code or city to limit the list to just your area.

  22. is this just by the look of him? if it is you need to get a life!

  23. Your state is required to maintain a s*x offender registry. Try checking online for it. If there is a concern and he is not listed, then yes you can contact the police, and they can confirm or deny it.
