Its Snoop using the synthesizer there are two links above to the video that will show him using it and its kinda funny how after that video was out then a lot of rappers starting using it lol. (guess they didn't know what device T-Pain was using).

Yea the other guy is right it's Snoop. I really wish they would stop using that dang machine anyways....that thing is wack! But I can see Snoop did it to match his type of video he was going for but what the heck is T-Pain problem.

Also the machine that T-Pain uses is called a Auto-Tune and not a Synthesizer but same idea!
